These tools and resources create new opportunities, help eliminate potential roadblocks and optimize the innovation chain — basically, helping make amazing things happen.
This environment includes:
- Innovation Spaces: We have opened facilities called Gravity Centers that are dedicated to the pursuit of innovation – they attract a broad community for everything from coming together for specific projects to long term collaboration. Located in Dallas, Texas and Villarceaux, France (with more to come) they offer space where our collaborators can engage with ng Connect and other Ecosystem organizations and entrepreneurs to accelerate execution on ideas and business models. We also provide virtual spaces through our tools that facilitate collaboration on an ongoing basis.
- Innovation Tools: ng Connect provides access to collaborative tools 24/7. Our Ideation Tool creates a rated set of ideas and facilitates ongoing idea sharing and feedback on potential service concepts for service providers. The Click Tool helps streamline and manage online interaction within the Innovation Ecosystem membership.
- Innovation Techniques: ng Connect uses experienced facilitators to help focus the community and zero in on viable service concepts. We employ successful and continually evolving "game-storming" techniques developed and perfected at Alcatel-Lucent and our other member companies such as frog.
